SMS Messaging & Service Terms

By providing your phone number and opting into SMS communications from Agentic Ocean ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our SMS messaging services.

Agentic Ocean provides real estate services including buyer representation, seller representation, property marketing, and related consulting services primarily in Orange County and Long Beach, California.

As part of our services, we may communicate with you via SMS/text messaging regarding:

• Property listing updates
• New listing alerts
• Appointment reminders
• Scheduling confirmations
• Transaction updates
• Escrow communications
• Market reports
• Responses to your inquiries

SMS Messaging Terms

3.1 Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into SMS communications, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Agentic Ocean regarding real estate services and related communications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan.

3.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

3.6 Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your personal information, including SMS consent or opt-in data, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Real Estate Services

Agentic Ocean provides real estate-related services through First Team Real Estate, a licensed California real estate brokerage.

Philip DeMatteo is a licensed California real estate professional affiliated with First Team Real Estate.

All real estate transactions are subject to separate written agreements and applicable California laws and regulations.
